Résumé de la thèse

La découverte de nouveaux matériaux repose encore largement sur l'exploration de faibles variations autour d'alliages connus. Cette approche reste mal adaptée à l'immensité de l'espace des compositions chimiques possibles, ainsi qu'aux contraintes contemporaines de performance, de durabilité et de sécurité d'approvisionnement. Ce travail propose un cadre de conception inverse appliqué aux superalliages à haute entropie (high-entropy superalloys, HESAs), c'est-à-dire à des alliages à éléments principaux multiples.

Abstract

Materials discovery still often explores only small variations around known alloys, which is not well suited to the vast space of possible chemistries or to modern constraints on performance, sustainability and security of supply. This work develops an inverse-design framework for high-entropy superalloys (HESAs), multi-principal-element alloys.
