Résumé de la thèse
La mondialisation et l'avènement des printemps arabes ont inéluctablement conduit à la recrudescence des destructions des biens culturels, principalement par les groupes terroristes ne faisant pas partie des sujets traditionnels du droit international public. Dès lors, les conflits identitaires et internationaux ont laissé place aux conflits non internationaux dans lesquels la religion guide les belligérants.

Abstract
The advent of globalization and the Arab Spring has led to an increase in the destruction of cultural property, mainly by terrorist groups that are not traditional subjects of public international law. As a result, identity-based and international conflicts have given way to non-international conflicts in which religion guides the belligerents. As a result, these conflicts have increased the deliberate desire of these groups to make cultural property a priority target in order to fuel the spiral of hatred and vengeance.
