Abstract

The ongoing digital changes in hospital information systems (HIS) comes with a deep professional practices' change . These changes have an impact on organizations' transformation that forces the manager to think and manage the hospital in a different way. Facing this strategic need, the government wanted to take advantage of the digital in terms of care’s organization.
