Abstract
In this work, we have, in the first time, we have investigated to increased thermal stability of titanium dioxide by incorporation of heteroelements. Positic effects is observed when introduicing Si4+ and PO43- in titania framework, no rutile phase is observed at 900°C. Heteroelements formed amorphous phase and decreased growth of anatase nanoparticles. Introducing Al3+, Ga3+ and Zr4+increased thermal stability of 100°C compare to pure titania. Du to his ionic radiius, Ge3+ hasn’t any effect of thermal stability for titania.
