Monitoring committee

The doctoral school HN-FB asks each doctoral student and thesis director to complete a progress report, which must also be sent to the members of the committee two weeks before the interview.
Doctoral students who wish to defend their thesis without re-enrollment until December 31 of each year must send a certificate of defense by June 30 (thus justifying the absence of a committee report during the campaign).
Provisional calendar for each campaign :
- mid-April: launch of the campaign
- mid-June: submission of documents (progress report and monitoring committee report in one PDF file) + update of re-enrollment information on ADUM by doctoral students
- June 30 : end of the campaign
