Re-enrollment in the upper year are open from June 30, 2023 to September 30, 2023

Re-enrolling for the 2nd and 3rd years

 

Your re-enrollment is a two-step process:


The submission of the report of the Monitoring Committee (CSI) on ADUM

1. Declare the members of your Monitoring Committee on ADUM
2. Have your declaration form validated by the signature of your supervisor(s) and your laboratory director.
3. Upload your signed declaration form on ADUM for validation by the doctoral school.
4. At the end of your CSI meeting, upload the report prepared by the members of the committee.
5. An automatic email, indicating the submission of your report, will be sent to your doctoral school and to your supervisor(s).

 

The request for re-enrollment on ADUM

1. Request your re-enrollment via your ADUM account
2. An email will then be sent to your thesis supervisor to ask for his opinion (favorable or not) about your re-enrollment.
3. Once the opinion of your thesis director has been given, an email will be sent to your laboratory director in order to  request his opinion about your re-enrollment.
4. Once the laboratory director have given their opinion, an email will be sent to your doctoral school director for final opinion (for the doctoral school IAEM , an email will also be sent to the heads of the commissions).
5. Once the final notice has been issued, you will receive an email authorizing you to re-enroll and allowing you to access the https://reinscriptions.univ-lorraine.fr website for payment of the registration fees. You must first pay the CVEC.

You will find opposite the detailed guides "Monitoring committee" and "Re-enrollment" allowing you to make your entries.

Thank you for taking the necessary steps as soon as possible. As a reminder, the Board of Directors dated March 14th, 2023, has decided the deadline for re-enrollment will be September 30th, 2023 (and the date for return of the CSI report is July 14, 2023).
Doctoral students who have not re-enrolled by the end of this deadline will be considered as abandoning their thesis.

Re-enrolling for a derogatory year

 

Re-enrollment is subject to derogation as of the 4th year for a thesis carried out full-time and as of the 7th year for a thesis carried out on a part-time basis. The agreement of the Director of the Doctoral School and of the President of the Université de Lorraine is necessary.


The registration file (supporting documents) must be completed and printed from your ADUM personal space (heading “Administrative documents”) and must be submitted to the Doctoral School for instruction.
