Re-enrollment in the upper year are open from July 8th, 2024 to September 30, 2024

attention.png WARNING : if you do not re-enroll before September, 30, 2024, you will be considered to have abandoned your thesis.

 

 

Step 1 : submission of the report of the Monitoring Committee (CSI) on ADUM

 

1. Declare the members of your Monitoring Committee on ADUM
2. Have your declaration form validated by the signature of your supervisor(s) and your laboratory director.
3. Upload your signed declaration form on ADUM for validation by the doctoral school.
4. At the end of your CSI meeting, upload the report prepared by the members of the committee.
5. An automatic email, indicating the submission of your report, will be sent to your doctoral school and to your supervisor(s).

 

Step 2 : request for re-enrollment on ADUM

 

1. Request your re-enrollment via your ADUM account and join the necessary documents depending on your situation (non-derogatory year / derogatory year).
WARNING : for your request to be taken into account, please make sure to click on the "transmission of data for assessment of your request" button in the "I finalize the procedure" section.
2. Your re-enrollment request will be assessed by your thesis supervisor, your laboratory director, your doctoral school director and by the President of the Université de Lorraine. If your re-enrollement is autorized you will receive an email confirming your acceptation.
3. Then, you must pay the CVEC.
4. Go to the https://reinscriptions.univ-lorraine.fr website for payment of the registration fees.

 

 

 

Thank you for taking the necessary steps as soon as possible. As a reminder, the Board of Directors dated March 14th, 2023, has decided the deadline for re-enrollment will be September 30th, 2024 (and the date for return of the CSI report is July 14, 2024).
Doctoral students who have not re-enrolled by the end of this deadline will be considered as abandoning their thesis.
